Sprouts Farmers Market

Chris was our checker tonight and he was so kind in the care of our groceries! We have had to change our diet overnight because of AG and Sprouts has been a life saver!! We have to use an app to find safe foods that won’t cause harm and we are able to fill our cart with all “green light” items! Thank you Sprouts and Mr Chris and the helpful staff!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Sprouts of Broken Arrow today. After getting home and reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I was overcharged for the eggs. The shelf price was $10.99, but I was charged $12.99 for each of the two cartons I purchased. On top of that, I was charged $11.44 for a yuca root that I never purchased. I tried calling the store to report these issues, but no one answered the phone. I live about 15 minutes away, so driving back to the store means wasting both my time and gas just to correct mistakes that should not have happened in the first place. This is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that they are being charged correctly, and there should be a reliable way to resolve billing errors without having to make another trip to the store.

Whether your looking for meat, seafood, deli, fresh vegetables, pantry staples, or snacks for your next Netflix binge, they have just what you need. The selection is great and the knowledgable staff is always ready to help. Great super market that's well worth the stop.

I just ran in there after work for a few things. Most all the bakery bread/rolls had use by date of today or tomorrow. They usually have great produce. There were no strawberries, all broccoli looked really bad (crowns, organic and broccolini). Chopped summer squash use by date was 1 day, 1 pkg of romaine lettuce, pre cut broccoli had use by date of 1 day also. Picked up a few items, went to check out, 1 register open and I was number 11 in line. After waiting 15 minutes I left and the line was almost back to back wall. Cashier said the only other cashier was the manager and he was working receiving.

Ordered some fancy Belgian butter from Sprouts. Les Prés Salés Butter. Apparently it’s amazing. Sprouts also offers a fun VIP feature where for $3.99 they’ll “allow” you to pick up your own order. I declined that privilege and drove to the nearest Sprouts that supposedly had it. Butter? Gone. Not on the shelf. Not in the cooler. Not in this dimension. A myth. So I ordered online. The butter, usually priced at $11.99, was currently on sale for $8.99. Since delivery requires a minimum of $10, I had to add a $1.50 apple that I didn’t want. Like adding a participation trophy to my grocery cart for showing up. After fees, tip, tax, bag fee, service charge, emotional damage, and whatever else Sprouts charges for the privilege of being disappointed, my total came to $15.11. Delivery window: 7–10 PM Actual delivery: 10:29 PM What did I receive? ❌ Butter ✅ One single bruised apple I didn’t even want They refunded the butter, but that unwanted apple ended up costing me $6.15. Never again, Sprouts. You’ve made a new enemy. I’ll be buying my butter from places that… have butter. P.S. Not the drivers fault. I’m sure she didn’t bruise my apple or eat all the Belgian butter.
